Haltian Leadership
Haltian leadership team is responsible for providing the company with strategic and operational management. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and informs the Board of Haltian’s operating environment, e.g. customers, competition and market situation, and Haltian’s financial position and development. The CEO is supported by the leadership team.

Mikko has over 30 years of experience in various management positions in international and Finnish companies. He has worked as a CEO, board member, chairman, partner, senior manager, mentor, and executive advisor to several different companies and functions.

One of the co-founders and currently VP, Products. Mika has a strong background in various roles in R&D and has successfully led multiple R&D projects in project and program manager roles.

Pasi Pentinpuro
Runs Haltian custom project business and makes impossible things easy. Before Haltian, Pasi has a long history of product creation at Nokia internationally in the USA and Finland.

R&D Advisor
Aimo Alaniemi
Runs Haltian R&D with close to 40 years of experience in various R&D activities. Aimo’s background is in embedded SW, system design, and leading multiple SW teams. During Haltian years Aimo has also been the project manager for several global product development projects from product idea to mass production.
