To all Haltian customers and partners,
Regarding the ongoing global situation with the COVID-19 virus, like many of you, we are trying to make most out of the situation ensuring our team is safe and healthy and our services are fully available to our customers. We are monitoring the situation closely and following the recommendations of our government and health authorities.
With that in mind, I would like to take the opportunity to make this update about our status and plans in our deliveries, IoT Maintenance Services, and customer projects.
We at Haltian have successfully changed to a remote working mode, and we are fully capable to operate all our functions in these unusual circumstances.
Our device manufacturing and delivery capabilities are very good, with the help of our strong local partners’ ecosystem and long-lasting relationships with suppliers globally.
We continue our customers’ Thingsee based IoT systems maintenance and monitoring service in full compliance with SLAs. Our support team is able to respond to tickets raised and any other system incidents as usual.
Also, our custom product development projects will continue as planned and co-operation with Haltian customers is actively done online.
Modern working methods including remote work have always been a part of our work culture and have helped also in this sudden situation. We will continue to operate according to our values of open and frequent communication both internally and with our partners and customers. In addition, as you may have noted, we recently closed a healthy 9 million Euros funding round, which ensures our position as a reliable partner now and in the long term.
