Finland’s transmission system operator, Fingrid, has been eager to digitalize the maintenance and monitoring of their operations. Over the years, Fingrid has organized 4 different innovation contests to find the best partners for industrial digitalization. Haltian won one of these contents in Spring 2018, and now Haltian’s wireless sensors are used to measure the temperatures of connecting components in electrical substations.

Haltian has made several products with u-blox’s supplies and will continue to create future technologies as a u-blox partner.
Haltian and internationally-operating Nordic software and services company Tieto, have agreed a multiannual commercial cooperation concerning Tieto’s Empathic Building service. The smart office market is predicted to double in the next five years, and the shared offering of the two companies provides customers with a faster way of digitising their office facilities.

We are delighted to announce that Haltian team has achieved Advanced Technology Partner status, in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network for Thingsee IoT platform!
Haltian took part in two fantastic events at the beginning of 2019: MWC 2019 and Embedded World Nuremberg.
The Mobile World Congress in Barcelona introduced the latest technologies of 5G and showed the world some amazing products like foldable phones. Haltian was a part of Business Finland’s #TeamFinland at the Finland Pavilion. Our Thingsee platform triggered a lot of interest and team Haltian made a lot of new connections.
