Haltian supplied its wireless asset tracking solution, including unique energy harvesting locators that collect their energy from ceiling lights, asset tags that were attached to the tracked hospital beds and wireless gateways for cloud connectivity.
The entire system was designed to operate autonomously on a cellular 4G network, completely independent of the hospital’s internal IT infrastructure. This eliminated security risks and the need for complex integrations, enabling a quick and non-disruptive rollout.
