Slush 2019 took over Helsinki 21–22 of November. Haltian had a booth to showcase our products and solutions, and we invited some of our partners to join us! Here’s our Slush 2019 in images.
Slush is one of the world’s leading startup and tech events. This year the event was sold out with 25 000 attendees!
Haltian has visited Slush many times and this year we decided to join as a partner and had our own booth to showcase our engineering expertise in IoT and product development.
Haltian booth had a great location, right next to the Founder’s stage. We had our manual valve monitoring demo with us, which drew a lot of interested crowd to see the massive pipes.
We also presented our brand new Thingsee Solution Suite, an application family for operating IoT solutions. You can read more about Thingsee Solution Suite here.
Team Haltian consisted of Pasi Leipälä, Jarno Leskelä, Ville Ylläsjärvi, Paulo Lopes and Anniina Kaisanlahti. We also had a great backup team in Oulu taking care of our demos, and making videos for us.

We decided to invite some partners to join us at Slush. The guys from Genki Instruments came to showcase the wearable MIDI controller, Wave. Finland’s main postal service Posti, brought actual self-service post lockers developed together with Haltian. And our partner Lindström came to talk about their FlowAbility solution for smart washrooms.

We loved Slush, and could not have been happier with the event. The atmosphere was positive and excited and our booth was filled with people from beginning to end.
