We are looking for a permanent full-time SALES DIRECTOR to grow our sales for our Offices and Hospital customers. The location of the role is remote, but any of the Haltian office locations in Europe are available as well (Oulu, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Sandnes). The client base is international with focus on Nordics.

This individual contributor role is ideal for those who thrive in hunting for new business, growing existing client relationships, and excelling in solution and subscription-based selling, especially within healthcare sector. You will be selling Haltian’s IoT solutions, including sensors and software. Your main region is Nordics. You will lead and participate in client meetings, as well as work cross-functionally with various Haltian stakeholders and corporate resources as required. In this role, you will report on sales activity and forecast to the VP of Sales, but in matrix also progress to the respective business lines.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial at heart and will work closely with C-level leadership to influence the company and product strategy. You have experience preferably selling healthcare solutions and understand the various service models in software solutions. You’re not afraid to roll-up the sleeves and participate in all stages in the customer journey as well as learn Haltian product offering to the required detail.

  • Ensure that individual sales targets are met
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build the pipeline in given territory
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients and partners
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to sales management and business lines
  • Actively conducting demand generation activities together with the marketing team
  • Develop and execute successful outreach campaigns
  • Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations
  • Capable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issues
  • Identifies and documents business opportunities that can be fed back to Haltian product teams

Who you are

  • Proven track record of closing 50-500k EUR TCV solution deals with enterprise and public organizations, preferably in healthcare sector
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets by closing annually +1m EUR TCV quota
  • Experience in developing sales through various partners, also the process around it
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and executive engagement skills
  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge on English and Swedish
